Originally from Kansas City, I began my grooming career nearly 25 years ago while working as a veterinary technician. Along with grooming, my passion for animals drew me in different directions as my journey began way back in 1986. While working as a vet tech, I began assisting local breed rescues, shutting down puppy mills and rehabilitating abused or neglected pets for permanent placement in appropriate homes. This work brought to the forefront my gift for handling and teaching animals.
