Listing Purchases
All premium listings, featured placements, and homepage ad spots are non-refundable once activated.
Ad Campaigns
If an ad slot has not yet been published, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After publication, no refunds are allowed.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us within 7 days.
